Lorena Andrea’s passion and captivating vocals began in her early childhood as a natural performer, when she started writing her own songs inspired by pop music artists such as: Tori Kelly, Jessie J, Adele and Demi Lovato. Throughout the years, these melodies led her to
compose music on the piano and guitar coupled with English and Spanish lyrics. Her initial experiences in the music industry began at the age of ten in Peru, where she worked with a renowned MTV awarded Latin pop artist and producer.
After four years of creating songs outside the US, she started working with a renowned producer
in Hollywood, CA and later with several Grammy and MTV nominated producers with whom she worked for almost a year, culminating in the release of multiple singles. Lorena Andrea has performed at many local venues, festivals, university events and various state and county fairs. She was asked to sing the National Anthem on four different occasions for the local NBA basketball team, the Sacramento Kings; and last year embarked on a Northern California middle and high school tour.
Lorena Andrea debuted her first EP titled “Hey, Wait a Minute” at the "Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts". Her EP includes six upbeat, contagious and enticing tracks, all of which reflect the confident and vibrant artist she is. Throughout her lyrics, she delves into the pensive themes of the life of a growing teen that include: friends, family, relationships, ambitions and topics of teenage livelihood and realizing one’s own. She continues to be immersed with distinguished industry leaders who have worked with illustrious giants of the pop genre such as Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato and Sabrina Carpenter. Lorena Andrea is constantly exposed to innovative individuals who will undoubtedly influence and define her rich and bursting sound both now and in the future. Currently, she is preparing to embark on a radio campaign tour in order to promote her music.
